Shipping and payment rules
Beyond blocking orders, the app can shape what checkout offers. Both rule types are on the Pro plan and live under Rules → Shipping Rules and Rules → Payment Rules.
What a rule does
Section titled “What a rule does”Each rule picks an action and a target:
- Hide an option, for example hide Express for PO Box addresses.
- Rename an option, for example rename “Standard” to “Free shipping”.
- Reorder options, to put your preferred option first.
The target is matched by name: the rule applies to any option whose title
contains your text, ignoring case. express matches “Express Shipping” and
“DHL Express”.
Conditions
Section titled “Conditions”A rule can apply always, or only when conditions match:
- Countries: a list of ISO codes, in include mode (only these countries) or exclude mode (every country except these).
- Cart total: minimum and or maximum.
- Address type: only PO Box addresses, or only non PO Box addresses (shipping rules).
Safety
Section titled “Safety”The app never hides the last remaining shipping or payment option. If a rule would leave the customer with nothing to choose, the hide is skipped and checkout stays usable.
Templates
Section titled “Templates”One click starting points cover the common cases: hide express shipping for PO Boxes, rename a method to Free shipping, hide cash on delivery for international or high value orders, and hide a method by country.
- Open Rules → Shipping Rules or Rules → Payment Rules.
- Create a rule, choose the action, type the option name to match.
- Add conditions if needed, enable, and save. The app registers the customization with Shopify checkout automatically.
