Getting started

Your first bulk edit takes about two minutes.

1. Select products

Open the app and pick the products to edit:

• Search by title, vendor, product type, or tag in the search box
• Filter by collection, tag, vendor, type, or status with Add filter
• Tick products directly, or use Select all matching results (all pages) to select everything that matches. The button shows the exact count of what is selected, for example “All 162 matching products selected”

The blue banner always tells you how many products match your current view.

2. Configure the edit

Press Configure Bulk Edit and choose what to edit:

• Option Name: rename an option, like Size to Größe
• Option Value: rename a value, like Red to Crimson
• Price: set, increase, or decrease prices
• Tags: add or remove tags
• Create new variants: add a new option or new values
• Reorder values: change the display order of values

3. Preview

Press Preview Changes. The preview shows exactly which products will change, product by product, with exact counts. Products that already have the target state are skipped and the preview says so.

Nothing has been applied yet. This is the safety step: if the numbers or products look wrong, go back and adjust.

4. Apply

Press Apply Changes. The job runs in the background; you can close the window and come back. When it finishes you see a full results list, and for created variants the app offers to set starting stock in one click.
